* QUE REPRESENTE "SUBGRADE MODULUS " : - le coef de raideur K(kg/cm3)

- la contrainte de sol

* AU NIVEAU DE LOAD CASES ON AFFECTE UN COEF "long tem dflection multiplier" EGAL A TROIS
