CE DOCUMENT CONTIENT UNE SIMPLE COMPARAISON ENTRE LE REGLEMENT PARASISMIQUE ALGERIEN (RPA99.V2003) ET LE REGLEMENT EUROPEEN (EUROCODE.08). CETTE COMPARAISON NE CONCERNE QUE LA PARTIE STRUCTURALE DES BATIMENTS EN BETON ARME.
